Your Hosts

Norm and Elaine met at a Teardrop Trailer Gathering, both of them owning one of these little travel trailer gems, and have combined their energy, enthusiasm, experience and passion for life to the development of Chinook Cellars Vineyard and Winery.

Their main goal is to create a beautiful destination for appreciative audiences to come to enjoy the ambience of the wine country.  An emphasis is being placed on helping others who would like to learn the process of growing grapes and making wine, and to develop a retreat for busy people from Down The Hill to come relax and be pampered in the beautiful countryside of Ramona, California.

Elaine Lyttleton

Elaine Lyttleton has been flirting with the wine industry for as long as she can remember.  Outside of being a devoted consumer, Elaine has raised investment dollars for a large winery operation, done the accounting and taxes for a well known winery in Temecula Valley, organized an annual Wine Country Symposium for an accounting & tax professional organization which has taken them to most of the wine areas in the state, and led many wine country tours for family and friends.

Norm Case

Norm Case retired from the Monterey Park Fire Department after 32 years and continued his work buying, selling, maintaining, rehabilitating and managing apartment buildings.  He is bringing these valuable talents as well as his experience as an owner of 2 successful restaurants, to the development of Chinook Cellars.
