Chinook Cellars Vineyards is in its infancy, with nearly four acres recently planted in Petite Syrah and Zinfandel grapes. The property is open to guests by invitation only. To receive information on becoming Charter Members, The Adopt-a-Vine Program or to be kept informed on the progress of the vineyards and planned Winery, add your name to our Guest List.
At Chinook guests have the opportunity to:
1. Learn the process of creating a vineyard, by watching or volunteering.
2. Participate in barbeques and wine pairings with local San Diego County wines.
3. Watch the progress of the property's development which will include, among other things, a production winery, tent cabins, picnic tables and a meditation labyrinth.
(Members may also utilize the facilities for picnics.)
